Standard of Practice

All work is done quickly and skillfully. If we are not skilled in a particular area, we will either refer you to another lawyer or associate in our firm with a specialty in that area.

The lawyers in our firm continue to stay informed of the latest legal developments by attending various seminars and workshops. Our goal is always to see that the client receives the highest quality legal services.

Clients are kept informed at all times by copies of correspondence, documents, and pleadings, which we produce, send, and/or receive on the client’s behalf.

Telephone calls are answered as promptly as possible. If a client’s question does not involve legal advice, a legal assistant can often provide an answer more quickly than a lawyer.
